After serving a nearly two month sentence. Former Penn State President Graham Spanier was released from the Centre County jail this morning.
Spanier served time after being convicted of a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of children stemming from the Jerry Sandusky scandal he was on work release during the jail term as part of his sentence, Spanier will now spend two months on house arrest with electronic monitoring.
