In Centre County the First Night State College event is gearing up for their New Year’s Eve celebration Tomorrow.
The 25 year old tradition is home to one of Pennsylvania’s largest displays of ice sculptures.
Along with family friendly music & comedy performances in downtown churches & theatres.
The event is hosted by the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.
