A going to get a bit more festive in State College. The annual light up downtown event will be happening at the MLK Plaza on Frazier Street from five to eight.
Members of the Downtown State College Improvement District are inviting the public to participate in the event, which families can enjoy photos with Santa.
Free hot cocoa and popcorn, trolley rides and more.
