And officials with the State College Borough say from Monday the 19th to this past Sunday. There were 17 temporary emergency ordinance violations filed that resulted in 6 citations.
They say there have been 82 citations issued for violations. Since the beginning of the ordinance within the borough.
There is a 300-dollar fine, plus court costs, for violating the ordinance.
