The State College Planning Commission is looking at a proposed development district.
So far looking at a development districts in the borough, organizers say it could spark talk once again of a larger downtown community gathering place near the 200 block of South Allen Street.
A 2015 report on this idea labeled it the Allen Street Civic District.
