Steelers Clinch AFC North

The Pittsburgh Steelers got their name in the race for the Super Bowl on Sunday. They etched their name in the AFC Playoffs and did so in dramatic fashion. After being down 21-7 at Halftime, the Black and Gold stormed back to eventually defeat the Indianapolis Colts 28-24 to clinch to the AFC North Division. Everything lined up correctly for this team in the 2nd Half, especially on Offense. QB Ben Roethlisberger threw for 342 yards and 3 Touchdowns while the Defense was able to force a pair of turnovers and get in Colts QB Phillip Rivers face all day long.

The Victory snaps a 3 Game losing skid for the Steelers that was going to put them in jeopardy to win the Division, but a 2nd Half surge and a lot of willpower led to Sunday’s Division clinching Win. See video for comments from Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger.

Up next for the Black and Gold will be a visit to Cleveland to take on the Browns, a Team looking to clinch a Playoff spot of their own.
