Steelers Highlights

Rookie WR Chase Claypool had a breakout performance Sunday in the Steelers’ 38-29 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.

Claypool scored four total touchdowns Sunday, helping lift Pittsburgh over their cross-state rivals.

According to ESPN stats and info, Claypool hauled in 7 passes for 110 yards and scored three of his touchdown through the air, including the game-ending scored with just under three-minutes remaining in the game.

He also scored a rushing touchdown in the first quarter.

Additionally, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger completed 27 of his 34 pass attempts in the victory, for 239 yards, and running-back James Conner scored a touchdown in the third quarter.

Defensively, the Steelers recorded 5 total sacks in the game and DB Steven Nelson picked off Eagles’ QB Carson Wentz twice.

“I think he’s a good matchup from whom they have matched up with him from a man to man standpoint. That’s the strength of having a deep group of guys that are capable of making plays. Week in and week out there are going to be different guys that step up. Just on the matchups presented. He had a good matchup this week.”

With Sunday’s victory, the Steelers improve to 4-0 on the season and will host the Cleveland Browns next Sunday at 1 p.m. on CBS.
