Opening soon in Bellefonte this new outdoor skating rink.
It was set up this week in Tallyrand Park.
The temporary rink is a gift to Bellefonte Borough from a group of local businessmen who think will be great addition for the community.
The borough will then tear it down and store the rink in the off season.
