It sits behind these massive stone walls in Loretto that eludes many people who wonder what it really looks like. Acres of beautiful gardens, pools and mansions that sit there. It is now home to the Franciscan Friars of the Third Order Regular. Corporate Tycoon, Charles Schwab, was raised in Loretto and created the Schwab Estate back in the early 1900s. This Summer, the Friars of Saint Francis University let us in to see this beautiful sight and really learn about the man and the history of his Summer home.
