Two Centre County Individuals Sentenced

A Centre Hall man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl is expected to spend several years behind bars.

Raymond Warner appeared in Centre County court Tuesday where he was sentenced to serve 3 to 10 years in state prison.

Police arrested Warner earlier this year following an investigation into the repeated sexual abuse of a teenage girl.

Warner previously pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated indecent assault.

His prison sentence is to be followed by three years of probation.

And a Centre County woman will spend up to three years behind bars after being sentenced for her role in a deadly crash that claimed the life of a 76-year-old Bellefonte man.

Meghan Horner appeared in court Tuesday morning where she was sentenced to serve 18 to 36 months in state prison, followed by one year of probation.

Horner previously pleaded guilty to crashing her SUV, along Blanchard Street, in Spring Township, in April of 2023.

Police say Horner admitted to being under the influence, prior to the crash, which killed 76-year-old Andrew Swarm.

Investigators say a toxicology report revealed the presence of various substances within Horner’s system at the time of the crash, including various levels of THC and Amphetamine.
