Authorities have identified the victim of a deadly Blair County house fire that happened Monday.
Blair County Coroner Patricia Ross identified the victim as 77-year-old Martin Williams.
Authorities say a fire was first reported around 1:20 p.m. at a home on Waites Lane in Tyrone Township.
The house was destroyed by the blaze.
Ross says Williams died of smoke inhalations.
She says his dog died next to him.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
