Penn State, just like the rest of the country, is seeing an increase in new COVID cases. The university reporting over 500 new cases at the University Park campus in the early days of its spring semester.
Over 100 of the positive cases are from faculty and staff.
The university says close to 11% of all tests are resulting in positive results, and at this point, Penn State is still continuing with in person classes on campus.
