Johnstown-Altoona Diocese’s Bishop Mark Bartchak is quarantining after being diagnosed with COVID. A Spokesperson from the Diocese says Bishop Bartchak began noticing symptoms Saturday while traveling back to the Diocese following a business trip.
The Spokesperson says that the 67-year-old is experiencing mild, cold-like symptoms and has been in contact with his physician. They also added that he is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and has received 2 boosters.
