Today is day two of a homicide trial in Clearfield County
Bryan Michaelis is on trial for the shooting death of Kodey Parks during a custody exchange in Morris Township last year.
At the time Michaelis was dating Parks’s ex wife, Danielle, who was convicted for her role in Kodey’s death earlier this year.
Danielle had testified that Michaelis pulled the trigger the night of the shooting despite initially telling investigators the gun accidentally went off during a fight between Michaelis and Kodey.
