District Attorney Greg Neguebauer confirming to ABC23 tonight that Tyree Carter who you see here was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshall’s task force in Georgia yesterday.
Last month, Carter was accused of shooting into a vehicle and wounding the driver in the head. Leading her to crashing her vehicle at the intersection of David Street and Messenger Street in Dale Borough
Investigators say Carter had a previous relationship with the victim. And threatened her a week before the shooting.
Police say the woman survived the shooting
Neugebauer says Carter is now awaiting an extradition hearing in Georgia.
