We begin tonight with the 22nd anniversary of the September 11th attacks on our country.
Communities across our region have been honoring the lives lost throughout the day.
At Penn State a field of small Amercian Flags marks the Anniversary.
There’s 2,977 flags one for each 9 / 11 victim
And the flags are placed on the Old Main lawn by the University’s College Republicans Organization.
They say the flags remember and honor the 9 / 11 victims along with showing they didn’t die in vain.
