Penn State Media Day

We begin tonight with Penn State Football. The team just had their first loss of the season.

Jared Parker was in University Park to learn whats next for the team.

After Saturday’s loss to Ohio State the Nittany Lions focus lately has been breaking down what happened.

This past Saturday Penn State suffered their first loss of the season.

This loss stings the Nittany Lions, now ranked tenth in the nation, as its their seventh straight year falling short against Ohio State.

While the defense made stops and held the number three Buckeyes to just twenty points.

Penn States offense put up a season low 12 points.

Head Coach James Franklin said he’s spent plenty of time with his coaching staff talking about the loss.

“As you can probably tell from my voice we haven’t gotten a whole lot of sleep since that game for a number of reasons.”

With Franklin’s record against the Buckeyes now being 1-9, Franklin doesnt argue with that number being used to judge his time in Happy Valley.

“I think it’s more than fair to judge. Me and my staff for all of it right that’s what it’s about the good the bad the consistency the lack of success in that game.”

While Franklin usually spends time talking about the upcoming matchup on Tuesday.

Little time was spent talking about hosting Indiana Saturday at Noon.
