A Federal Lawsuit against Penn State has been dismissed by a judge who referenced the Jerry Sandusky child abuse case in his decision.
Jennifer Oldham a North Carolina Fencing Coach said she was sexually assaulted by a former Penn State Fencing Coach in 2017, and claimed another coach covered it up.
In dismissing the case, the Judge wrote “We’ve seen this show before a highly regarded Penn State coach covering up alleged sexual abuse by an assistant coach”.
Some lessons should only need to be learned once.
