State College landlord Rodney Hendricks has filed a civil suit against Penn State and the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, claiming that they conspired against him.
In 2021, the attorney general’s Bureau of Consumer Protection filed suit against Hendricks, claiming that they had received numerous tenant complaints against him.
Hendricks manages over 100 properties in the State College area.
In his new suit, Hendricks claims a Penn State attorney pressured students to submit consumer complaints to the attorney general’s office.
