Cambria County coroner Jeff Lees has identified the victim of Monday’s deadly crash on Route 53 in Summerhill Township.
Lees says 73-year-old Margaret A. Roles, of Lilly, was killed when her vehicle collided head-on with a triaxle.
Officials say Roles was pronounced dead at the scene and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
State police and Summerhill Township police are investigating the crash.
One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday morning on Route 53 in Summerhill Township. The road is closed during an investigation.
Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said the crash occurred at about 7:30 a.m. on the 2800 block of Route 53 in the township.
“We have a triaxle and a passenger car collided head on, The driver of the passenger car was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner’s office.”
