After a Cambria County family lost their animals in a barn fire Yesterday the community is now rallying behind them.
Officials say, the fire happened at the Grieff Family Farm killing 6 Cows, 6 Goats and 4 Horses in Adams Township.
Today Brady Hamady with Forest Hills Veterinary announced his office, is raising money for the family.
Hamady says the barn and the animals were their lively-hood and he’s hoping to help get the family back on their feet.
“So certainly in a tragedy like this, there’s nothing we can do to bring those animals back, but if we as a community can rally behind them, give them our support and let them know we’re thinking about them and caring about them and trying to raise a little money to get them back on their feet.”
