A former Penn State Trustee is still battling the University in court. A hearing on his latest lawsuit was held Tuesday
Barry Fenchak is asking a judge to order Penn State to pay his legal fees from his previous legal battle with the University.
Today, a Penn State attorney vigorously arguing for a protective order against a proposal by Fenchak’s legal counsel to interview several trustees, saying the former suit was settled out of court, and Fenchak now has no legal standing to ask new questions.
Plus, Fenchak has a Federal Court Case pending against the University.
Fenchak’s Attorney claims the Trustees are reluctant to talk because it could reveal their personal animosity against Fenchak.
