Richland School District and the U.S. Secret Service will be hosting a security seminar in Cambria County on the prevention of targeted school violence.
The seminar begins at 8:15 in the lobby of the Richland Performing Arts Center.
Speakers include the Department of Homeland Security’s Protective Security Advisor, teachers, mental health staff, and police, among others
