A Student has been arrested in Blair County after making threats. Altoona Police say on Wednesday a 15-year-old Student was threatening violence against the Altoona Area Junior High School that was to be carried out on Thursday.
Upon Investigation, Police say they took the Student into custody Thursday morning before the start of the school day. Authorities tell us that Student is charged with “Felony Terroristic Threats” and the case has been forwarded to the Blair County Courts.
Officials say the Student has been suspended for the remainder of the school year and there are no other suspects nor additional threats toward the School.
