Two people are behind bars in a Blair County after a minor was allegedly found living in deplorable conditions.
On Friday police arrested 24 year old Isaiah Shumac and 36 year old Filicia Hollen at their Altoona home.
Police say multiple drugs and paraphernalia were found inside the residence, as well as a gun that Shumac was not legally allowed to own.
Police also say Hollen’s juvenile daughter was also living in the home, which was littered with trash, moldy food and animal waste.
Shumac and Hollen are each charged with several offenses, including multiple felonies for drug possession.
They are being housed in the Blair County prison.
