A Centre County man is headed to trial on charges of using a cell phone camera to record a partially undressed student in a Penn State bathroom.
At a hearing for Mark Williams on Wednesday, the student testified that he was in a campus bathroom stall last Thursday, when he noticed a camera near his feet, and Williams was in the stall next to his.
The student said when he confronted Williams outside, Williams reportedly hit him in the face.
Williams remains jailed on $15,000 bail.
