The Forest Hills Wrestling program has a detailed and storied history with plenty of success in the State Tournament, but no Ranger has seen quite the success as Jackson Arrington. In 2019, he was just a Freshman and struck Gold. Fast forward to 2021, he did it again in convincing fashion. Now in 2022, he finished off the back-to-back and closed out his High School wrestling career with 3 Gold medals.
He is signed-on to wrestle at NC State and there was just one more honor left for Arrington before his time in Sidman is done. On Monday, he was given his third banner to be hung in the gymnasium at Forest Hills High School.
Jackson says he always wanted this for as long as he can remember and that just makes it so much sweeter. See video for comments from Arrington…
