A Curwensville area man is behind bars in Clearfield County today after being accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Police say that earlier this month, Robert Mallon the third contacted the girl using his juvenile son’s Snap Chat account.
Police say Mallon had asked the girl for nude photographs, and, on January 5th, met the girl for sex in his truck.
During the encounter, Mallon allegedly took nude photos of the girl and told her to show them to her classmates.
Mallon has been charged with multiple sex offenses, including felonies for statutory sexual assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
He is being housed in the Clearfield County Jail on $500 thousand dollars bail
