A Dale Borough man is behind bars in Cambria County, accused of raping a teenager twice last year.
Police say in November, a 14-year-old girl reported to authorities that 50-year-old John Beach had sexually assault her in the Summer and on Halloween.
Police say the first assault occurred during a fishing trip at the Quemahoning Reservoir in Somerset County.
A second assault allegedly occurred while Beach took the girl Trick or Treating in the Oakland neighborhood of Stonycreek Township.
Police say Beach also threatened to kill the girl’s family if she told anyone about the assaults.
Beach is charged with several sex offenses, including felonies for rape and sexual assault.
He is being housed in the Cambria County Prison.
