There’s also more court delays in a Centre County trial for two former Penn State Football Players Kaveion Keys and Jameial Lyons.
They’re accused of rape along with other sexual assault related charges.
Jury selection in their case which has been consolidated into one trial was scheduled for this past Monday, June 1st.
But one of the defense attorneys says he has a scheduling conflict with another case.
So jury selection and a possible trial date in the case has now been postponed again.
Both men are accused of raping a 17 year old girl in their on-campus apartment in July of 2024.
