Police in Bedford County say a local librarian is facing dozens of felony charges after being accused of stealing thousands of dollars.
Police say Kristy Williams is accused of writing over $60 thousand dollars in checks to herself while working at the Saxton Community Library.
Investigators say the theft was discovered during a financial audit and that Williams later admitted to stealing the money.
She faces charges related to theft, receiving stolen property and forgery.
