Here’s a quick Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference preview of the Forest Hills Rangers.
The Rangers had a rocky 2-5 start last year.
But Forest Hills turned the tables around winning 5 straight including big playoff wins. Blanking a 10-1 Cambria Heights defeating Bald Eagle before falling in the District 6 Championship to the Richland Rams.
Head Coach Justin Myers says the Rangers have 24 returning letterman which includes 7 starters on offense and 6 on defense. Which hopefully will give this years team a jump start on the season.
The Rangers will look to build-off of last year’s run game.
Running Back Damon Crawley lead the state with over 2600 rushing yards.
Crawley has since graduated but football fans know that your running back is only as good as the line allows him to be Senior Colten Danel is back this season.
And Danel has full confidence in his line to give him space to succeed. Saying the Rangers can only go up from here.
