In Court Wednesday was former Westmont Hilltop Elementary Music Teacher Shawn Miller. Miller had a Preliminary Hearing before District Judge Susan Gindlesperger. Miller pleaded “Not Guilty” — to all charges filed against him.
The alleged Victim, who was a Student at Westmont Hilltop Elementary School between Kindergarten and 4th Grade, took the stand. Upper Yoder Police Chief John Blake also testified. He was not able to provide any Evidence, but shared information about the alleged Assaults.
There will be a Formal Arraignment in months to come.
