A DuBois area man convicted of fatally shooting another man will now serve decades behind bars.
Authorities say Glen Johnston appeared in court Monday where he was sentenced to 20 to 40 years in state prison.
In September, Johnston was found guilty of third-degree murder in the shooting death of 46-year-old Jude Srock.
Police alleged that Johnston shot Srock following a confrontation over allegations that he (Srock) was having an affair with his (Johnston’s) wife.
After several hours of deliberation, the jury determined that Srock’s death was not premeditated.
