Governor Tom Wolf was in State College to highlight the Military Family Education Program.
The bill allows members of the National Guard to earn college benefits for their spouse & children.
The program provides ten semesters of no or reduced cost education.
The program was the first of its kind in the nation when the Governor signed it into law in July of 2019.
