House Speaker Mark Rozzi announced ahe Statewide Listening Tour will be at the innovation hub and State College Wednesday from 2 to 4 in the afternoon.
His goal is to get the public and good government groups to address the issues with Partisan gridlock and move forward toward justice for survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
A proposed amendment to open up a lawsuit window has been debated, but a failure to get the narrowly divided house to even come up with rules on how they will govern has prevented
them from meeting, likely pushing back the amendment showing up on the ballot until November.
