Police say a 45-year-old Idaho man has been charged in Blair County with requesting nude photographs from three girls.
According to a probable-cause affidavit, between July and September 2021, Rick Curry, of Post Falls, contacted the girls using Snapchat.
The girls all live in Blair County and are under 14 years old.
Curry also sent one of the girls nude photographs and would ask for photos as “punishment” if the girl did not speak to him for several days, according to the affidavit.
Curry also threatened to send photos of the girl to her parents through the mail, according to the affidavit.
Curry has been charged with 18 third-degree felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor, six third-degree felony counts of disseminating explicit sexual material of a minor, two third-degree felony counts of child pornography and third-degree felony corruptions of minors.
He was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Paula M. Aigner, of Hollidaysburg, and was sent to the Blair County Prison in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Sept. 5 before Aigner.
An online court docket did not list an attorney for Curry Tuesday afternoon.
