Authorities in Centre County say multiple people were injured Thursday morning after a large tent partially collapsed on a property in Gregg Township.
Officials say approximately 300 to 400 were reportedly inside the tent, which was being used for an Amish wedding, at the time of the collapse.
911 officials say first responders were dispatched to the incident, located along the 900 block of Lower George’s Valley Road, just after 9 a.m.
Gregg Township Fire Chief Troy Parker says all the injuries were minor and the individuals were transported by ambulance.
No further details about how the tent collapsed have been released at this time.
