Police say a 39-year-old Missouri man has been charged after he allegedly exposed himself to a delivery driver at a Clearfield County motel.
According to a probable-cause affidavit, Charles Ray Smith II exposed himself to the woman when he answered his hotel door at the Royal Inn motel in Lawrence Township.
The woman, who was working for DoorDash, told police that Smith then handed her $20 and piece of paper with his Snapchat information on it.
The woman told police that she believed Smith was trying to solicit sex from her, which he denied, according to the affidavit.
Smith has been charged with second-degree misdemeanor indecent exposure and third-degree misdemeanor open lewdness.
He was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Joseph M. Morris, of Clearfield, and was sent to the Clearfield County Corrections Facility on a $5,000 bond.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 15 before Morris.
