The suspect in late January’s shooting on Park Avenue in Johnstown that killed Marvin Price, 41, has been apprehended by the US Marshalls Service Fugitive Task Force, authorities say.
The Cambria County district attorney says Michael Cogdell, 18, was apprehended in Las Vegas Saturday and is to be prosecuted upon his extradition to Pennsylvania.
Another person, Lexus Simms, is also facing charges related to the case.
