In Downtown Philipsburg, the annual Heritage Days Festival is underway
The festival features the Moshannon Valley’s heritage. In fact this year’s theme is rich history, prosperous future. Vendors and visitors today were happy to be returning downtown, after the festival was cancelled during the past two years.
There’s plenty see and do along with a full schedule of entertainment. Also here is a wide range of places to eat, along with folks who provide helpful information on daily menu options
