13 Penn State students completed a service learning project in Cresson Today.
The students all majoring in Agricultural and extension education installed an outdoor agriculture and environmental learning space at Children’s Express Inc.
“Hopefully this is going to be able to bring them to the knowledge of food is actually grown and expose them to agriculture and environmental science.”
The project seeks to to address a severe lack of school based agriculture education programs
