State wildlife officials have filed charges against a State College man after he was reportedly caught on video performing lewd acts with a dog at an area State Park.
Investigators say multiple trail cameras reportedly captured Themis Matsoukas walking nude through Rothrock State Forest before performing the various sex acts.
Authorities say when DCNR officials confronted Mastouka he reportedly admitted to walking through the park nude and asked the officers to quote shoot him.
Mastoukas was arraigned today on various charges including open lewdness, indecent exposure and sexual intercourse with an animal.
