Authorities in Blair County say an Altoona man is behind bars accused of breaking into a neighboring apartment and assaulting another man.
Altoona Police say the incident occurred Yesterday at the Logan Hills Apartment Complex.
Police say the victim was reportedly bringing in boxes of online orders when Dominic Socie became upset that the apartment door quote kept slamming shut.
Authorities say the victim was sitting in his apartment when Socie quote kicked in his door and physically assaulted him.
Socie is being held at the Blair County Prison on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and assault his bail is set at $50 thousand dollars.
