Altoona Police are investigating a shots fired incident which happened on the 1100 Block of 13th Avenue.
Officers found that at least 2 rounds struck the apartment building on your screen.
Police are asking anyone that may have outdoor surveillance to check their footage from September 6th at 11:30 pm to September 7th at 12:10 am for any suspicious persons or vehicles.
