Also waiving his preliminary hearing Today was Cole Campbell who’s accused of shooting and killing a man in Huntingdon County on April 3rd.
Police say Campbell got into a fight with Timothy Skipper before shooting him 3 times at a Clay Township home.
They say the incident was caught on home surveillance video.
Authorities charged Campbell with homicide and other related charges which are now bound over for court.
His formal arraignment is scheduled for July 7th.
