Authorities in Centre County say four area men have been arrested following a joint investigation into attempts to meet with “teenagers” in order to engage in sexual contact.
Investigators say the FBI and local law enforcement arrested the following individuals within the past week.
Gregory Wilson, 50, of Lewistown
Walter Sitosky, 66, of Houtzdale
Christopher Crispen, 33, of Howard
Robert Mansberger, 58, of Cassville
Authorities say in each case, the men were in contact with whom they believed to be teenagers and attempted to meet with said “teens” in the State College/Patton Township area in order to engage in sexual activity.
According to the criminal affidavits, the men also offered to pay the “teens” for sex.
In one of the cases, police say Sitosky reportedly told the “teen” that he was okay with her age and stated, “that’s the best.”
Investigators say Sitosky made additional statements to the “teen” that he “wanted to feel young again.”
Police say Wilson was charged with attempted coercion, enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity, and prostitution; Sitosky was charged with patronizing a victim of sexual servitude, statutory sexual assault (greater than 11-year age difference), prostitution (promoting prostitution of a minor), unlawful contact with a minor, and criminal use of a communication facility; Crispen was charged with statutory sexual assault (greater than 11-year age difference), unlawful contact with a minor, and criminal use of communication facility; and Mansberger was charged with patronizing a victim of sexual servitude, statutory sexual assault (greater than 11-year age difference), prostitution (promoting prostitution of a minor), unlawful contact with a minor, and criminal use of a communication facility.
