Authorities in Blair County say escaped inmate Isaiah Tilghman is now believed to be operating a stolen pickup truck.
Police say the red/maroon Ford F-150 was reportedly stolen from the Lakemont area and was last seen traveling northbound on Logan Blvd.
Investigators allege that Tilghman also stole a license plate (ZNR-9945), from another vehicle, and fixated it to the truck.
Police say the vehicle has not yet been located and anyone who believes that they have seen it and/or Tilghman is asked to contact the Hollidaysburg or Logan Township police departments, or call 911 immediately.
Authorities say Tilghman has been on the run since Sunday morning after police say he reportedly used a “homemade rope,” made from jail attire, to climb into the prison’s ventilation system and escape.
