A State College man facing homicide by vehicle charges for a DUI crash last Summer on Route 322 in Centre County had his preliminary hearing continued Today.
Police say Alexander Hynoski ran a stop sign and crashed into a Fedex truck.
They say Elizabeth Biddle who was riding with Hynoski died in the crash.
When interviewing Hynoski, troopers say he smelled of alcohol and admitted to drinking at a house party.
His new preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 15th.
