Authorities with the Brookville Borough Police Department say two local students were hospitalized, and are now facing charges, after they allegedly overdosed on Benadryl while in school.
Police say the incident reportedly occurred last week, on Oct. 3, when the two juveniles “purposely” took a very high dose of the medication.
Investigators say one of the students was found with approximately six of the pills in his possession.
Police say both students required medical treatment after suffering overdosing/hallucinating symptoms while on school grounds.
